Lay out your tubes and mark them up how you want them.
This will depend on what netpots your going to use.

Make one hole larger on the end for accessing the drain tube.

Flip the tube over so you can drill the drain tube gromet hole
dont forget to center it up so its centered in the big hole.
(Requires an 1 7/8 in. hole for mounting)

END CAPS :

1/2" hole in corner of end caps for 1/2" spray line.

My first Tube i used PVC glue and it is messy because of the fit of
the end caps.

This round I'm trying silicone and a nice clean wrap of black tape for bumps and knocks protection.

Yep, The Silicone for fish tanks worked great. just apply a 1/2 inch
bead on the edge of the end cap and slap it on and tape it up.

(see next post )

Cut and drill your spray line as needed ..

Nylon Tubing :
This stuff is tuff and retains the shape of the coil it was cut off from
works great for staying up in the corner of the tube.
I make the spray line so it sticks out of one end a few inches
and 6 or more inches on the other end to hook the pump to.
Drill your 1/16 or 5/64 in tubing or larger spray holes so there inbetween each net pot hole.

Attaching the End caps ..

Take your silicone and endcap and apply a big bead to the
inside edge of the end cap .. (see pics) ..

Then just press it on the end with the spray line hole at the top
(the side with the netpot holes)

!! ( make sure you get the spray line holes in the right place ) !!

Grab the black tap and give it a few wraps ..
( dont strech the tape to much or it will just slide all over the place.)
To hold the cap in place while it drys.

After its all dry .. ( over night is good ) slide the spray line in and
lign it up with the holes .. to hole it in place i use a few small hose
clamps.

!! dont forget to plug the one end up with something !!

hook it to your pump and your off ... have fun ..
