Passiflora Membranacea
Paul, I had it last year. It won't grow for us when the heat and humidity hits it. It grew great til it got hot then it died even sitting under a shade tree.
This Passie is dead meat in Florida. Strictly for growing in and around San Francisco. It requires a cool, misty environment. I get really upset when this expensive plant is offered for sale without a warning regarding it's special needs. If you cannot provide the proper temperature and moisture requirements for this plant...forget it.
mine survived on the east side of my yard in a pot and didn't get watered very often. My sunburst whorley died but that may have been between the gulf frits cats and the tiny black beetles that were attaccking it. Couldn't spray for the bettles without killing my cats
I love that one and I bet it would do wonderful here on Vancouver Island! If anyone knows where to get it mail order ofcourse please let us know.

i got mine from Aloha Tropicals. They have a so so rating but I got very nice plants about this time last winter
