Can someone help with this? I have data files, .pdf and .doc, that I need to burn onto CD's. I do this every year as a project for an organization I belong to - we're talking something like 30 CD's here. Anyway, either I've forgotten something obvious or I have a problem. Can someone walk me through it? Every time I try something I get a notice that my CD isn't formatted or that I need to make it media compatible or it doesn't even recognize I've got a CD in the drive. Sigh. Very frustrating.
I thought it was the CD's themselves, so I went back to Office Depot today and they didn't know what I was talking about. They told me I shouldn't have to format a CD.
Thank you for any instructions you can provide. If you can just point me to a step-by-step link somewhere, that would be fine.
