Hi,
I started a thread in the lily forum http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/693148/ about a lily bulb or 2 that flowered right from the bulb without a stem. To add to the unusualness, lilies generally flower after 2+ years of growth. This particular seedling is only 4+ months old.
I am wondering if anyone out there has ever seen anything like this in other bulb plants or lilies? I am thinking some environmental factor perhaps?
Good day,
Andrew
Premature flowering bulb, thoughts please :*)
