Ok, I'm going to get the bad news out of the way first. I mentioned that Mike would need another surgery to repair a leak in the membrane around his brain, and that will be on Thursday. He has one more test Tuesday to pinpoint the leak. Stan talked with both him and Joan for quite awhile on Thursday last, and Joan is still very down. Mike is trying to keep a positive spin on things.
the good news is that we will be in Kentucky most of this week. It sounds like we're baling on the neighbors, but not really. Clymer doesn't have school this week, so there will be extra help down the hill, and we have extra help that can watch the farm for us. We're leaving tomorrow morning and will be back sometime on Sunday. Stan is really looking forward to some r and r and seeing our DD and her husband and, oh, yeah, THE GRANDKIDS! I'm looking forward to all that, too, and just to add some icing, I get to see Lisa and Melody! We're going to shop and have lunch and probably do a little chatting.
