I am really confused. I have a plant that I've had for a couple of years I thought was Monstera deliciosa that I will post a photo of below. About two months ago I bought a hanging basket plant labeled the same. But they have different shape and size leaves ... although they are both holey like the swiss cheese plant is said to be. Hope someone can help me with correct ID for both of these.

Here's a photo of the hanging basket variety: The leaves are much smaller and narrower with more holes.
Both were labeled Monstera deliciosa, but they don't look like the same plant to me!

I saw those, too (I think obliqua and adansonii look a lot alike)--and I was trying to get the variegated one out of my mind......LOL!
I think mine in the hanging basket is closer to the obliqua 'Leichtlinii' rather than the adansonii.
Yeah, I am really attracted to plants with those verigated leaves ... from African Violets to Philodendrons, to whatever else has any verigation!
I think I suffer from Variegation Obsessiveness!!

I thought Obliqua had been reclassified as Frederichstahlii(sp.?)? And I LOVE both of them, especially the Deliciosa. It's a very nicely grown plants. Aren't the aerial roots a trip? Mine were 52 inches long before I cut them down. Sheesh!

That variegated one is one I want desperately too! I don't know if it's hard to grow, but I think it is hard to find! I would love one!
I fount one seller that had it at a good price. But when I emailed them about it they said even a Priest growing it hard to keep it alive ? Yet in they have it for sale ?

Wow! $59.95 is too expensive for my pocketbook! I can't imagine paying that much for one plant, even if I do REALLY, REALLY, LOVE it! Oh, but it is sooooo pretty. Yes, I love all that white variegation too!
