Question about edible hibiscus..

(Abelmoschus manihot) I started some from seed last year and one bloomed at the end of Oct. It has been inside ever since and is now about 2 1/2 feet tall. I am in zone 7b and would like to know if I should put this in the ground when it gets warmer?
