American lotus (Nelumbo lutea Willd) seeds see these links and make sure your state does NOT have them on a banned plant list. In some states they are threatened or endangered while in other states they are banned, the only one I could verify is Connecticut, but not all lists have the latest information.

The type of Iris I'm wanting: Old, named or unknown, solid color or near to solid, floppy and shaped like the below, posted picture further down in the thread.
If the Iris are "named", trade will be 20 seeds per rhizome, I'll pay postage on iris
If the Iris is "unknown", trade will be 10 seeds per rhizome, I'll pay postage on iris.
I would like a big trade if possible.
Judy
PS Since it is too early in many places to dig Iris, if you have been a member of DG for 6 months or have a trading history of more than 2 trades, I will send the seeds now so you can get started sprouting them to enjoy this summer. You can send the Iris when the weather warms up.
Picture compliments of the USDA

Have American lotus Seeds - Want Old Solid Color Iris
Are you interested in yellow iris? If so I would like to trade with you. LMK
Jeri
Jeri,
Do you have a picture of the Iris?
Judy
No it's not like that it's more of a flag iris but it's a solid color. I've had it for about 20 years so it is definately old.
Jeri
PS I think this is a link of it: http://davesgarden.com/pf/showimage/1620/

The bloom on the White Iris is huge and I love the open top. You are welcome to copy it's picture so you can ask around, one of the people in your Master Gardeners Group may know of someone who has some.
Judy
The white iris is a bearded iris I think. It's very pretty.
