The reason I'm trying to make my own is because the prepared jars from the grocery taste tooooo chalky. I made some last night by using an old boiled dressing recipe, but it wasn't a good as I want ...
First the recipe called for dry mustard - I'll should have left that out totally
Second the recipe included sugar - didn't taste right with sugar
Third - I could taste the flour used to thicken, so I should have used corn starch
If you have a tried and true recipe, would you please post it for me.
