Cole Slaw dressing recipe

Hi everyone,

I love making cole slaw but for some reason I never make the dressing the same. Just start pouring ingredients in a bowl and tasting as I go along. Yesterday's attempt was missing something. This is what I used:

Hellman's mayo
cider vinegar
S & P
celery seed
a little sugar

added chopped pickles and sweet onions.

Maybe my taste buds were a little off but it just didn't taste "tasty." Then I get in the trouble of adding too much of this or that to get the taste right.

Anyone have a good cole slaw dressing recipe to share?
