looking for Pink Pollen Single or Double

You've got it Paul. Also, remember you can draw pollen as a member of the Brugmansia Society.

i did Draw it about 3 weeks ago most of it was no good all dried up

Paul the pollen is supposed to be dried...wet pollen shipped will mold.......If you mean the anthers themselves were dried up , you would be surprised what a natural bristle brush will extract. I received two peanut anthers earlier this year that looked "all dried up". From those two anthers I now have 3 pods....Not all pollen is fluffy. A dried anther is just as likely to provide pollen as a fluffy one, just not as much.

do you use natural bristle brushes Paul? Personally I have found that they can make all the difference in the world. The natural static electricity will pick up the most minute particles of pollen and deposit them with precision right where you need them.
They can be expensive but you can also find them in the dollar store if you are lucky!!

I use Grumbacher's best. I'm an artist who used to do a lot of fine painting, so I have a lot of sable hair brushes that are used for fine work. Sable is best. The softest of the furs.

Well shoot, I have been using KMart brushes for kids, 15 to a card for $1.95. Of course I also bleach mine so I bet I would destroy real good ones. Maybe I should splurge and buy just a couple for when I have very limited pollen. Thanks for the tip.

Oh, Kell...You're in for a treat. They're as soft as a bunny's ear. They pick up even the least bit of pollen and hold it very firmly.

how much does the sable thingy go for Liz? My plain natural bristles work great...sable sounds so decadent!

LOL, it really does, Gary. Only the best for our bruggies. LOL

So what kind of painting did you do, Liz? I always admire people who create beauty.

Murals on buildings and interior walls, large canvas work.
Here's a sample. Not a very good photo...

Now I am so impressed. What talent. What made you turn away from it? Your gardens there would last forever.

Paul (phicks), I'm speechless. Been quite a few days for me here at old Dave's Garden. Trashed yesterday and flashed today. Trashed and flashed... Ain't life strange. :-)

Kell...I had some injuries to the tendons in my wrists and forearms that have limited my ability to do fine art anymore. I can only work for short periods before it becomes painful.

Thank you Meisterman. :-)

You make me laugh, Liz. You need a sense of humor for sure to survive here. I really think we should get a brug rehab going so when we offend we have some place to go to appear to rehabilitate ourselves so we can come back even better. LOL

Thank goodness for Paul who makes all smile!

Too bad for your tendons for sure. You really have the birds' flight down. So beautifully depicted I might add.

Well, I have a hot date with my DH so I must get ready. I have to go water in the hoophouse fast before I get all gussied up. If you find any other pictures of your pictures I sure would enjoy seeing them.
