Help, grackles eating me out of house and home

Marshfield, MO(Zone 6a)

They are coming in by the hundreds, if not thousands, eating everything in sight.
I know grackles gotta eat, too, but wish they would move on somewhere else. Any suggestions?

Try taking the feeders down for a while. Throw around some cheap finch seed on the ground for others. (no black oil ss).

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Mary they love bread and like to dunk it in water then eat. It will save you some seed if they eat some bread too. Hold back on the sunflower seed for a week or so as Pelle said

Olive Branch, MS

Here is a pic taken a few days ago at my house. After a couple of days of them staying around they left. Maybe you will luck out also.

Good grief!!! I feel for you; I'm having the same problem but with Starlings.

Whidbey Island, WA(Zone 7a)

I guess I'm more fortunate than I realized - I do get both Crows and Starlings, but so far they aren't taking over!

Hebron, KY

Ditto what Pele said!
