Who am I?

Marshfield, MO(Zone 6a)

I really need an ID book. I am thinking some form of wren, maybe?

The second bird is a Starling, the first is a sparrow of some kind.

Thank you so much.

The last one #3 is a Starling.

The female black bird grackle looks very simular to a starling. We have the red wing black birds coming in flocks right now. I go out and flush them away but they come back immediately unless you manage to flush them out of the surrounding trees of your yard. Then they do come back but maybe not for some time later. I thought the females were starlings until I pulled out my birding book and looked it up.

Nice detail in those sparrow pictures Mary - you can really see its plummage well!

I got a few pictures of one at my house today too. (although I confuse a lot of the sparrows so I won't be surprised if mine turns aout to be something different lol) It was so sleety and yukky out so the pics are kind of dark looking.
