Sitting here with a bit of cabin fever. Watching all our friends down south trading merrily away on the trade forum. Was wondering, when summer comes, do we do something similar up here?

Mainly lilium, iris ,brug cuttings, and seeds, it seems to me.

However, shipping can be prohibitive. I remember sending some plants to my sister and it cost $40 just for shipping parcel post to B.C. I washed off all the soil, etc. Granted, it was cheaper than buying the plants, but ouch!

Postage is quite sickening. We bus boxes back and forth on the prairies and N. Ont. Seeds are better - a postage stamp or two.
