hello, aparently here in my zone a brug has to be very heat tolerant so I was wondering if anyone knows which brugs can take the heat so far only mm seems to be able to take it. i bought a painted lady because it is said to tolerate heat well but I would like to get some others just a plain white or any double would be nice as I have plenty of pink color. I have had pretty good luck with Isabella, Dr Seuss, Jean Pasco and Cypress Gardens, and a couple others in our hot, humid Summers....however, the very cold weather 2 weeks ago (28 +/- for 4 nights) did quite a number of them. I think they will return from the roots. I sure hope they will anyway, God bless, Margo
I had a no name white that took the heat, full sun and still out bloomed all my pampered babys.
Amber Rose and Gypsy Queen also took the heat pretty good.
Whiskers and EDW for me. Isabella had to be kept in the shade for most of the day. Should be interesting to see where I'll have to place all the new ones I'm overwintering.
