I wasn't sure if anyone knows this but Daves Garden was sold to some big company called NameMedia..
I spoke to Dave and he said He,Trish and Terry were hired to stay on and continue with his work here..
He assures us that things will be even better..
They also created another garden site for noobs and not so clutter like daves..
You can see the banner at the bottom of the page and the site is called gardens.com
The site is not done yet...
Your membership here will also be good over there..
The new owner who is the COO of Name Media is Jeff and some of us already spoke to him as he nows hangs out in forums..
Dave will still live and work out of Texas even tho the new owners are in the NE around Mass..
The rates for membership will go up to $25 in the coming months..

The new subscription price will probably be $25 per year. As for international members who may have trouble, we still have plenty in the garden angel fund (along with the Garden Angel committee).

Thanks, Robert. I saw the notice too and sent Dave a couple of plumeria articles that I wrote in case he wants to post them on Garden.com. I surely hope that things don't change much, but I am waiting for the other shoe to drop!
