We haven't had good service from this company since the really cold weather hit. Last night I needed a rehit and left the reciever & TV on for 2 hours for them. It still hadn't rehit so I turned it off to go to bed. The company rep. said their rehits were taking up to an hour last night. Of course now they aren't in the offices until 10 am. EST. Is the cold preventing something from working or are they just getting too big to handle all the business they have taken on? There is another provider of C Band as well as digital service I have looked at. Their prices and packages are almost identical if I remember correctly.
