OT - David Liddle Catalogue 2007

Chowchilla, CA(Zone 10a)

OK, Ladies and Gentlemen.
I have in my grubby little paws the latest incarnation of all that is lustworthy ... David Liddle's 2007 Hoya Catalogue.
Please send me a d-mail with your regular email address and I will send you a copy.
We should also start seriously planning an order.
Ann

P.S. For even easier access, I have loaded David's catalogue onto an external site. You can find it at http://base.google.com/base/a/1397311/D1506775493084063600

I didnt think i'd be able to print mine out. The ink is low in my printer but I managed to get it to spit a copy out for me.

I've alredy drooled on it and smeared the ink though!!! Just kidding my list is already in the works!

Thanks, Ann - received it and the drooling has, indeed, begun!

Thanks Ann,

Thanks, I got the catalog & had no problem opening the file.

When do we need to have our order in by?

Jeri

I think if someone else wants to facilitate it, they should let us know really quick.
If folks were OK with how it all went the last time, then I am happy to facilitate it again (besides, Liddle has the USDA import permits with my name and address already).
In terms of ordering times, I would suggest that the end of Feb. / first of March would be a good time to get the order placed.

Ann - I thought you did a fantastic job last time - if you're willing to do it again, that'd be great!! Karen

(Zone 1)

Ann: I sent you a D-Mail about the catalog. I'm pretty new to Hoya's .... have one given to me by an elderly friend in the mid 70's that was ID'd as Krimson Princess .... have a few cuttings I got in trades since joining DG and I bought a couple of small rooted cuttings from Aloha Hoya. Am really getting interested in Hoya's .... so many different, beautiful plants and some with outstanding fragrance! Hope I wasn't too late for the catalog.

Ann, I'm not completely familiar with the process of you facilitating an order but just let me know what is required and I will be glad to place an order & thank you for providing the catalogue to me....Deb

OK, Kids. I'm going to nominate myself to facilitate this order again (particularly because Liddle already has everything he needs in terms of import paperwork). So ... in a few moments I will start another thread that gives instructions on ordering from David Liddle.
Excitedly getting the show on the road,

OK, I'm ready to add to my hoyas and this seems like a great way to do so. I looked through some of the stickies and started through some of the PF files but didn't find anything to make it easier for me. What I'd like to concentrate on are plants that will make it without too much pampering here in zone 10b. Is there such a list somewhere or do I need to look through each individual listing and compile my own? Hoping I can be a part of this exciting order as I missed the last one.

Stella if you can access David's catalog in the above link he gives the min/max temp tolerances for each hoya.

I am in zone 8a and grow all of my hoyas in a gh which gets quite hot during the spring and summer and down to between 40/50F during the winter months and I have no problems at all growing them.

Am I too late to join this fun? I tried to open the above link but was not able to.

Cambria, CA(Zone 10a)

Thanks for reminding me LindaSC, I've gotten very busy and almost forgot about this. I need to get on it. The link opened to another site but then on the right there's a pdf file that opens with adobe reader. That help?

Columbia, SC(Zone 8a)

It's looking for WinZip which I evidently don't have.
