Karen, Thats the old style of the Best 1 feeder. They now have double ring perches on them so this won't happen. I'm sure some like you still have this old style so its good that you brought it up.

I had read that somewhere else. Maybe another website or forum thread. Since I don't get hummers, I guess I don't need to worry about it! lol But I will certainly keep that in mind if I get hummers in the future.
