I am looking for a good book or URL about small scale landscape designing. By small scale i mean design without using big trees or bushes to fill some corner or border. I am mostly veggie gardener, but I have several places in my front and backyard where i want to create something interesting using mostly draught tolerant small bushes and perennials. So far i have researched some small bushes and grasses that i am planing to buy, but i feel that i need to learn more about landscape designing.
Need suggestion for information source
There is a great little book just for this. It's called, "The Small Garden Handbook" and published by Abbeydale Press ISBN 1-86147-059-2 Published in 2001/2. It's a great little book with hand-drawn colour design, ideas, and covers all different aspects with pictures that inspire.

Thank you, growin, I will get this book.
