A few folks have expressed an interest in doing a DAYLILY trade similar to Trademart. Here's the start. Please post ONCE and list what you have and what you'd like. Please include your appx. shipping times and rust status. It would help if the lists are in alphabetical order and have the hybridizer and year of introduction with the registration name.
If you see someone you'd like to trade with, please D-mail them directly rather than posting to them on the thread.
It will help if we edit our lists to keep them current.
Since the thread is likely to get quite long with the posted lists, please D-mail me directly if you have a question. I'll try to answer it in the box below, so check there for updates. If I can't answer the question I'll post the question in the box below and you can again D-mail your comments to me so we can figure out what to do.
Neither Dave's Garden nor I have any responsibility in the trades you choose to set up. They will only be regulated by you and your trading partner. If you are thinking of a trade with someone who's not known to you, I'd suggest checkout out their feedback before making a commitment. I'd also suggest only setting up trades that can be completed in the spring. That's up to you, but I promised a daylily as part of a trade I did with someone last fall and it died over the winter. Since my partner shipped to me then I feel really badly we're going to have to make other arrangements and she won't get what I'd agreed to.

I can ship after mid-March. I'm mainly interested in plants that were registered in 2000 or later. Polytepals and narrow doubles are exceptions. I live in Florida and have occasionally had rust. I've been spraying every 10 days with a fungicide since the first of January. While I can't promise rust free plants, I am confident that they will be clean and healthy. I will not trade plants with signs of rust. Please keep those conditions in mind if you'd like to set up a trade with me.

Okay, save this spot for me. I will get busy looking for what I have, and what I really want.
I will relinquish this spot to somebody else. I have too much going on right now to try to organize my wants and haves. I have a new business that is in it's infancy, and like an infant, needs constant attention, and I am finding that there is not too much of me left at the end of the day. I will certainly be sorry come spring.

Aside from Leslie's I'm not seeing any plants listed! I'll need the weekend to try and figure out what I may have available this spring. I'll be willing to trade with folks from rust prone areas only in the early fall (late August to early October. That way if rust arrives with the plants I can count on winter to wipe it out.
I'm in Canandaigua, NY in a really cold section (zone 4b) so my plants are cold hardy but not all are dormants. Once I post my list d-mail me with any questions you may have.

Gardeners, I have many to trade! I just read a cross wind of this thread via the Daylily forum.
I will have to take an inventory, but believe me when I say I have divisions, I do have many! I will take an inventory in the next few months. My daylilies have been acquired since 2002. I have never had rust. I participate in an active feeding and watering system (you may not think we need water here in Seattle in June but we do!) and I take pride in our beautiful plants.
