Nice seedling flowers!
How often and with what do you fertilize your hibiscus?
Eclipse--
"6ft tall in an 8in. pot"????? WHAT???!!! does that plant NOT rebel and get root-bound?? WOW!! I would've killed that a LONG time ago....
Great pictures Kyle.
shoobnanny if fed often they seem to stay in a smaller pot for a long time.
Dave we use Peters 20-20-20 most of the time.Fed every couple of weeks.
Kyle buddy you are slipping; I swear I saw some free bench space in those photos. Fill 'em up quickly!!!!!
Does that tall red one have unusually large leaves or are my geriatric eyes deceiving me?
Great pictures Kyle. They are all beautiful, but that Morning Glory is special.
ardesia the leaves are large. Pele's Fountain was one parent. It has huge leaves and flowers. :-)
Morninglory is to die for. Oh my gosh. Kyle do you fertilize in the winter?
Yes we fertilize in winter, but only the plants actively growing in the greenhouse. The ones at home in the basement get NO fert. till they get ready to move outside in April.
:-)
Thanks. How are those culls coming along? I hope you have alot more pretty ones then culls. Or are they blooming size yet?
It is amazing to me that a plant with such large leaves does so well in a small pot. I would have thought it would need extra water under those conditions. Kyle, you really have the magic touch with these hibiscus.
i love, several are starting to bud, about 4 made it. :-)
After I enlarged the thumbnail of Old Medley, I can see why you like it. Black Dragon is really dark. More nice pictures, Kyle. Thanks for posting them and giving me a huge case of spring fever. LOL!
Brugie, its my job!! ;-)
Love that Double Chocolate, very nice Kyle.
