Calla breeding

Lincoln, United Kingdom(Zone 8a)

Thought you all might like to see what goes on with breeding Callas or Zantedeschia.

These produce corms from tissue culture, which will give uniformity of flower and less disease.

Nice.

I went to the start page of CNB. What a list! Look at 'Eclips'. Oh if it were only that black!

I saw that too, it looks a big flower. It also looks a true colour on there!

Auckland is available at vanmeuwen, I emailed them today to cancel the previous order as they couldn't provide it, and will re-order with their collection of callas including Auckland, Vermeer, and Black Eyed Beauty with Red Desire at £3 less, then I only pay one carriage charge too. The collection is half the price than if bought separately.
