Acomplia (Rimonabant)

I know this drug isn't currently available in the U.S. but it's out in Europe. Curious if anyone has taken it and what they thought of it. It's a different angle on a diet product. Personally I have a lot of doubts but I don't know anyone who has tried it so I can't say for sure.

How it works:
Acomplia's novel mode of action targets the same biological "switch" in the brain that makes people hungry when they smoke cannabis. The drug binds to and blocks a so-called cannabinoid receptor protein found on the surface of brain cells.
