need help printing address labels please

ok i have a Lexmark 3400 series,does anyone have this and if so how do i get it to print the address labels, it shows me " more option printing" and it has address labels there but i cant click on it and i dont know how to get to it to select it,please help and thxs soooooooooooooo much
