just saw it for the first time today , I saw the episode where they made the rice balls at Landis Pork , Did Anyone copy down the recipe they gave for the rice balls ?
I remember
15 lbs of rice and I think 2 lbs of the meats but was the Mozzarella 15 lbs also ?
