This is the showstopper in the garden! Other than the later blooming Queen’s Circle, this iris gets all the attention. Even though mine bloomed more in the rust tones than the above photo from Mid-America’s Garden, I definitely recommend that this one go on everybody’s list. Oh, and it is a very strong grower with amazing size and substance to the bloom.

And I hear what you are saying about Dave’s Garden photos, that’s how I get through my winters:)
