Was given a tin of rose petal jam from Greece...and all the directions, of course, are in Greek.

What on Earth do I use this for? Just like regular jam?

I was thinking something along the lines of a heart/rose/love Valentine's Day sweet, but there's a lot of it so I'm game for anything!
