OK. You all know about the Chi lady? I'd also reported a chi pup chained to a tree in the back with no food, water, or shelter. He died! I have been crying and crying. I should've taken the dog instead of reporting her. Or both. She'd probably not have noticed.
The DOA has been out and is watching. Mare has now sliced her head open on the barbed wire- did I tell you all that yet? Jeez. I want to strangle the woman.
