Easy Meat Pie

Here's a recipe my mother used to make

Easy`Meat`pie
1 lb hamburg
3/4 lb ground pork (optional but does make it more moist) or another 3/4 lb 1
5 or potatoes mashed or 2 packages of instant potatoes
1 onion ,chopped|
1 1/2 cups kernel corn (frozen or mashed)
2 pkg of ready made pie crust or enough pastry to make 2/10" pie
I use disposable 10" pie plates then use them wash and use them again
Brown onion then add hamburg and loose pork and fryd. Add mashed potatoes and corn. Season to taste with parsley and salt.
Add corn and mix together

Mix all ingredients in a pan. Add salt & pepper to your taste.
line 2 pie plates with pastry, and place half of mixture in each plate, spread through plate. Cover each pie with other pastry.
bake in oven preheated to 375 for 1 hr or until golden brown. Recipe can be cut in half for 1 pie.
