Has anyone seen this Plant bloom before?

Alexandria, VA(Zone 7a)

I have known this plant as the "fortune plant" A very common plant. Howerver, I did not know it bloomed.
I have several that I have had at my house and parents house for years (since childhood) !
I tried to find one to purchase with no luck. Not even sure of the name.

I even found another plant just like it 4 stores down. Either one were willing to spare a cutting. Its considered "Bad Luck".
I was amazed this thing grew in its awful habitat. Fumes of the nail acrylic , same pot for years ect. Howerever the the other persons plant blooms, and has grown so tall he had to take it out of the shop and move it to his home.
His plant was a healthy greencolor.
They say the blooms are like sweet like a Jasmine. THe onel pictured blooms 2 times a year.

Can any one ID this plant for me?
And where can I purchase a nice size plant? Please..

Not positive but it looks like a Dracaena fragrans to me. See http://davesgarden.com/pf/showimage/11606/

This is often called a Corn Plant. Your local Home Depot or Lowe's should have them in many sizes, even quite large ones. Good luck.

Alice is correct. They bloom often here...and the blooms are fragrant = fragranse.

A common plant, mine at work is budded out now too, must be the time of year for them to bloom. :-)

Thanks for the ID everyone!
I read up on them.. They did not say anything of how to get them to bloom. I guess its the luck of the draw. If he wants to bloom he will.
Just like cats!!
