About four months ago I planted a Carolina Buckthorn on the edge of my property. It was going to be an area that would get morning light, but would be shaded in midday and evening. My neighbor just built a new shed right on the other side of the fence from it, so I'm afraid it will now get very little sun. Should I move it to a sunnier location?

I don't think you need to. At the Wildscape where I volunteer we have them growing under tall trees with very little sun and they are fine.
