Chickadee Photos
I love Chickadees. They are such friendly little birds. Sometimes when I'm out filling my feeders they will sit about a foot away and just wait until I'm done. Thanks for the pics!
Goldfinch,
You're welcome! ;-))
Along with sitting a foot away, they also will sing their song while I'm out there. So sweet and friendly!
LOL at the squirrel lurking in the tree. He/she wants a piece of what chickadee's having.
And the chickadees seem quite content with all the tasty treats.

Marilyn-- thorooughly enjoyed your Chickadee photo essay! They are so cute to have around the yard!
Marilynbeth: What cute pictures. I don't have chickadees in my area so it's nice of you to share yours.
Thanks everyone!
Betterbloom,
You don't have Chickadees in your area?! Sorry to hear that. I'll be adding ( and, I'm sure others will too ) more and more pics of the Chickadees over time. They are just adorable and little 'bundles of joy'!
Greenlife,
Yes, the squirrels eat alot of everything from seeds on the ground, to seeds in feeders and to the nutty pb on the post.
Very nice Donna!
Great shot Donna!
We only have chickadees in the area during early Spring for about a month and then away they go..... But I just love the little rascals. Too cute.... Thanks for sharing... :)
Melanie
I just love the Dees, their so friendly.
You know what I've noticed? Every time I see a new photo of any bird whatsoever, I SMILE!!!!! Is this good or what???

Thanks, Pelletory, they're brave little souls, too - I can come very close rbefore they take off.
Oh Murmur, what a little cutie pie!! Lovely pics!
Murmur,
Adorable little birds! Just as sweet and charming as the black cap Chickadees! Wonderful that you have both! Do you have them year round too?
Thanks for sharing!
I guess most of the Chickadees are brave, I can get within a few feet of mine.
