Cat pulling out hair?

Help please. My cat a siamese seems like she is ticking her hair off on her belly. I never see her pulling it out but the spot is getting bigger and bigger. I've had her quite a while and she is a rescue cat. I'm not sure what I should do. She seems healthy other wise.
