Baked Haddock



1 fillet of haddock
½ cup of butter
¼ cup of crushed Ritz crackers
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp parsley


Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Lightly grease shallow baking pan for easier cleaning. Place haddock or any other type of fish in pan. Pour or brush
butter (paint brush works great) over fish. Top with crushed crackers and
seasoning. If you use plain crackers add salt.
Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes.
