Need Kielbasa Soup Recipe

I haven't made this in quite awhile, and can't find my recipe. Some of the ingredients are: kielbasa sausage, chicken broth, cheese, frozen hash browns and maybe broccoli. No tomatoes, no beans, no mushrooms, no cabbage.

I've got a craving for this soup and any help would be much appreciated. It's thick and hearty and a with some fresh bread, it makes a whole meal.
