Sherhard's Meat Pie

Here is easy recipe you can prepare in 1/2 an hr and bake fo1/2 hr
Fry 1 lb ground hamburg using a diced onion (optional), drain off fat and add 2 tbsp. back to mixture (makes mixture moist)
Add 1 tsp of salt if desired
add 11/2 cups of corn
Make 21/2 instant mashed potatoes
add all 3 ingredients together then fill a pie plate preferably a 10" pie plate lined with pastry dough, pour into pan cover with another pastry. Slit the top crust ro let steam escape and the filling is already cooked so bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hr., or until crust is golden brown.
