Camcorder made videos on Mini-DVD-R.

Mini-DVD-R placed on Home Laptop PC & files tranferred

Files transferred from Laptop PC to a CD-RW

Now how can I get th video from the CD-RW to something online I can easily share?
(filetypes .bup , .ifo , .vob , two of each)
