Our 2 yr. old Chocolate Lab has recently been diagnosed with a torn ligament in her left hind leg. Vet is recommending surgery. I've spent some time on the internet researching the different surgeries, it seems there are a lot of pros and cons. Has anyone here had any of the surgeries done on their pet? Was it successful? Cadbury (our lab) is so active and athletic, it's very sad to see her limping. Apparently this isn't something that will heal itself. Advice?
