My Little Darlin'

Silver Spring, MD

This little girl hasn't bloomed for a year. I had just about given up. She has no official name. I call her "my little darlin'"

Closer look at the blooms. Wish I knew how to take better pictures.

She is soooooo cute!!! She has girl leaves too!!!
Nanna, do you have macro on your camera? If so that's what you use for close-ups. Also, the lighter colors are hard to get in focus.

Thanks guys. Debbie, I don't know what macro is but I will look for it. I have never been able to get good close ups.

The macro will have a 'flower' symbel on the camera. It's just for close-ups. Try it, you'll love it!!!!

Yes, I do have that. In fact I used it. My camera is quite old. Only 2 megpix. Maybe that is the problem??? I'll try to find the book and read up on close ups.

Love it! You must have been so happy to see it blooming after a year. Growing plants is teaching me patience. It's lovely, thanks for sharing the pic with us.

Nanna Little Darlin is a cutie for sure
