Just an introduction

Jacksonville, FL

Hi!
I have been reading some of the posts for the last few weeks (lurking somewhat! lol!) but decided to let you know I am here!) I have been addicted for about 2 years and hopefully won't be cured! I do recognize some of the members from other forums and let me say that one that I highly admire is Shirley. She has been an inspiration and so helpful with questions I have had and generous sharing some exceedingly nice brugs which I treasure. I look forward to being an active part of this friendly group. I will post some cuttings that I can share later this week. I have offered them on another forum and will post what is still available. Look forward to getting to know all of you and PLEASE pray for spring!!!

Hey Linda: I'm another Linda and new to Brug's also! Just joined DG back in early October. I bought my first Brug (Equador Pink) through a mail order catalog a couple of years ago and just kept it in a pot in my patio. It didn't really do much, so last spring I planted it in my backyard and it grew to about 3 1/2 feet tall and just bloomed for the first time about 2 weeks ago! It only had 2 flowers but I was so excited! I thought it was supposed to be fragrant, but it didn't have any fragrance at all. My very first trade here on DG I got 2 more Brugs. They are still small and in pots, but looking great and I'm waiting for spring so I can plant them out in the yard too! Isn't this a wonderful website? So many knowledgeable folks in this "Garden" .... I am having a ball and learning so much in the process!

Welcome and Happy Growin!
