Mashed Baked Potatos - HELP

Hi all...planned on making this for tonights' dinner with a Rib Roast.

I assume I just bake the potatos and scoop out the soft insides and proceed as for mashed potatoes...right?

Thanks for any advice you might have...I plan on roasting some garlic along with and adding it to the mash.
