Well.... in keeping with the tradition of the Christmas Miracle...wittness the Star... or was it a comet or perhaps it was the flowering of Herrenhauser Garten .. beginning to bloom today.. Gordon

Liz... not exactly a manger... it's blooming in my Crib.. but there are angels present
Felecia...well ..yes.. the other question also might be...why doesn't it happen more often.. Guess I'll try crossing it with one of my identifiable pinks.. tomorrow evening.. Gordon

Am I nuts...or is that my cousin Moe?
:-)

Can't be. Moe is bald...
Sorry... ;-)

I love the lights you've strung across your brugs. Hmmm....

Brooklyn, NY(Zone 7b)

unlesss Moe is made from an Okra pod... it's not Moe..
Felecia... well thanks.. with 50 and more trees inside now... [ photo here is taken from the middle of the floor... looking twards the front wall ] so... I couldn't bring myself to bring a cut tree inside... the lights are from Thailand..and come purple/white..[pictured above ]..pink/white..and a yellow ..at a small Thai store / tent in the park...a part of the Christmas crafts fair... $25. I'm not sure I could get around in my house with it full of brugs. They look good, Gordon. Happy Holidays.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Gosh Gordon! I am so impressed. I couldn't get that one to bloom even in great weather in California. You have the brug touch for sure. Merry Christmas to you!

Buffalo, NY(Zone 6a)

Patricia... well Ihope to be able to keep the pictures flying out of here... but from a few dozen blooms last week.. we're down to two today... lots of buds.. so it looks good... I'm a bit spoiled with the way 30 smell.. I'm glad the jasmine has started to pick up the slack there
Brugie... it it's not so bad to get about..considering the advantages to having so many flowering.. [ when they all do ] and they are pretty big.. I just keep to the paths.. and they are way above ..most are 6'-8' or better..
Kell... are you sayig I'm touched .. OH...wellIdo thank you for thecomplement... but with HG.. I'm along for the ride.. everything I tried all summer didn't help it to flower then.. but maybe that work did help it start to kick off now..
Jackie...well thanks.. and Merry Christmas..and a Happy New Year to you...
Well we're awaiting the seed pod onOllie to ripen here.. it's still real green and real firm..although it is gettingquite lumpey from what's going on inside..
