My own Ode to the Monarch. It measures about 5" wide and was my second attempt at seed beading.

Beautiful! Do you sew them on something or what are you doing with them when done?
No backing, I reinforce the wings by sewing wire around them to keep them stiff and then I sew a clasp on the back so it can be worn as a brooch. They are both pretty big, about 5 inches across.
