Need hot wings sauce recipe

It's an orangeish colored sauce made with a Louisianna hot sauce, I think. It's real vinegary and a little hot.
I think the wings are deep fried without a coating and then drenched in this sauce.

It's funny because when I eat it, it seems too sour and vinegary............though it seems a struggle at the time, I seem to gobble them up. LOL
Gotta have the celery and blue cheese dressing to take the edge off.

Then later, I get to thinking about them and it makes my jaws sting and my mouth water and I can hardly wait to have them again. Crazy ! It's a Love / Hate relationship with these things.

There's a restaurant here called "Wings To Go" that has them . We went to Memphis in October and I had them at B.B. King's ........on Beale Street. They were called "Memphis Wings" on the menu there.

Does anyone else know about these Hot Wings ? They're a little new to me here in Okla.... Or maybe I just don't get out much . LOL Maybe they are more familiar in other parts of the country ? Gotta have em.
