I have one and never ever use it. I really want to make better use of it. It is fairly small and I can't stand recipes with Cream of ____________ soups or that rely on meat with a lot of fat. OK - so I am picky LOL. Any recipes out there that fit the bill? Or should I freecycle my crockpot? Thanks!!
