Apache Freedom

Lutz, FL(Zone 9b)

This one is so nice I just had to show it off. The ladies I work with love the variegated leaves; it's a good thing they haven't seen this one - it would be gone within seconds!

The leaves on this one are huge! It was definitely showing off at the plant show. They had this one and one called "Marching Band" together and it was so pretty. But Mom picked this one to come home.

Marching Band is a nice older almost vintage AV but Mom made a choise Marching band does not have the pretty variegated foliage that
Apache Freedom .
So many over 30 thousand named Av's and all the others each so beautiful !

I know, when I get on the AV organization website to look things up I'm just overwhelmed by all the varieties. It's so tempting to want to get them all.

I love the apache plants--especially the leaves. Sometimes I think the leaves of the plants are prettier that the blooms.

What a Beautiful AV ... I will have to remember the name on that one! I just love those variegated ruffled leaves! I don't know what the other one ( 'Marching Band') looks like, but I think your Mom made a wonderful choice in this Beauty!
