Well,now that I'm firmly caught up in the grips of menopause,I have insomnia,hot flashes and night sweats so I'm only averaging 4-5 hrs sleep at night. I need something to help me sleep but since I'm on the vol.fire dept as a fire fighter and first responder I can't take anything that'd make me whoosy as I never know what time day or night the radio will tone us out. Open for natural/organic sleep aide suggestions.
I exercise,eat fairly well,light on the carbs and drink decaf coffee. Very,very seldom drink tea and if I drink a soda it's a decafinated one.
