Hiya ..

Well .. we again have venison in the freezer and I am faced with the task of cooking it for another year, and coming up with recipes that are 'different'.

Today I am making a "Braised Venison Stroganoff" I usually use moose meat for this .. so I am hoping the dish will turn out OK.

Was wondering if anyone had some venison recipes to share with me .. I'll share back :-)
