I have been put in charge of the Turkey for tomorrows family celebration...I have four 5-6 lb Turkey breast with ribs...I want to cook them in the oven, all at one time...so I actually have 23 lbs of turkey to cook...my question is...can I cook them like they were all one turkey that weighs 23 lbs...or is it different because it is all white meat...I want it to be juicy and not dry....can I wrap them in foil and put them all in a roasting pan...cook for 20 minutes per pound at what temp? It has been years since I have cooked a turkey and I always did the whole bird..LOL Sounds like a dumb question, but we have a very large family and this of course is the main dish...LOL...so please help me do it right...I am sure some of you are GREAT at cooking Turkey!!!
